Ambiance (4/5): It feels really fancy inside with one side as a full service bar and then large dining area on the other side. There's some booths (which we were able to snag) and tables. At a certain part of the night, the lights were dimmed but almost too dim that we couldn't see as well. The noise level was appropriate that you could hear your party. People were dressed up pretty nice (men in collar shirts etc.) Service (5/5): The service was on top of it for grabbing anything we needed quickly. They were attentive and friendly. No issues. Food: Grilled Spanish Octopus (4/5): There was really only 2 long tentacles. One of the pieces was incredibly hard to get a bite into and chew--I basically had to shallow the whole bite hole. The seasoning was on point. The beets were phenomenal with a nice marinated taste, soft, and full of flavor. Wagyu on a Hot Stone (3/5): I was not expecting to have to grill the pieces myself but it was a fun experience! There was a pair of tongs and then a piece of beef fat used to grease up the hot stone. It was very cool to see it cook right there. The meat itself was not that flavorful but was accompanied with a bowl of soy sauce for dipping. Porterhouse for 2 (3/5): The meat was an appropriate serving size for $75 pp. The meat was supposed to be aged but I didn't quite taste the dry rubs or flavoring. We asked for medium-rare and it was definitely more on the rare side that we felt that it was a bit too undercooked. It came with their house steak sauce. We ordered a side of their Béarnaise sauce but it was not salty enough or have enough flavor. House Fish (Branzino MP $49) (5/5): The fish was cooked perfectly. The server de-boned the filet. The outer skin crunch provided depth to the fish which was soft and fresh. The squeeze of lemon with the butter drizzle gave the fish a more umami flavor to it. Otherwise, the fish would have been extremely bland without any sauce. Vanilla Crème Brule (4/5): I loved that the dish was not that sweet and had a lovely creaminess to it! The layer of charred sugar provided a wonderful crunch. A little dollop of whipped cream on the side. Banana Cake (4/5): This was a very unique dessert that was worth trying! The top is a fluffy banana medley and the bottom felt like a mix between cake and cookie. Again, appreciated the sweetness level! It was a beautiful presentation and delicious way to end the dinner!

The only wagyu certified spot on Long Island, one of 3 in New York. This place is legit and we loved our experience here. Ambience was great and traditional. Waiter was on top of his game and drinks were perfect. Appetizers and entrees were great but why the 4-stars? Well we came for the wagyu, we had two wagyu dishes, the trio (wagyu from USA, Australia and Japan) and the another Wagyu dish with truffle butter. It was fun to taste the different types of wagyu (Japan wins and USA is a miss) and truffle was delicious. The problem is that they served the meat on a hot stone. Love the concept but after we were down to the last few pieces, the hot stone was too cold to sear our wagyu. I wish we were informed of this and maybe I would have pre-cooked the wagyu but I know for the NEXT TIME when we will come back.

You can't go wrong with good service, great food, and excellent company. Blackstone Steakhouse is consistent with service, John was very attentive and thank you Alejandro for the fresh water and good attitude. The ambiance was nice, not too loud but not quiet. Blackstones is a great place for a celebration, date night or just to head to the bar where they do know how to make a drink. I had the salmon which was pretty good. The tomahawk steak was out of this world! And the presentation fire! Literally set on fire at tableside. My peach Cosmo was on point and I only had one because I'm a weakling! Go and enjoy! Its worth the money! You won't be disappointed.

Steak was amazing, perfect crust, cooked perfect throughout & and of course filling. Don't be shy to use the house steak sauce. Creamed spinach is smooth. Garlic mash potato is perfect. Customer service is spot on! Very attentive. And surprisingly not annoying.

Came here for a friends birthday on a rainy summer day with about 15 people. My steak was cooked medium well and tasted great. The accompanying sauce was additional, but paired nicely. My friend offered me several bites of their short rib, and in hindsight, I regret not ordering that, because that was absolutely splendid. Perhaps the best rib I've had at a fine dining establishment in quite some time. Ambiance was typical of a Long Island steakhouse catering to wealthy suburbanites and C-suite executives looking to woo their clients to close a deal. Serving a large party can be challenging, but we didn't have any issues with service, and they were pretty attentive to us. Pricing: As expected for a restaurant of its caliber, you can expect to pay a decent amount, but the quality was worth it.

Haven't been to Blackstone in a long time, several years ago. Amazing friends chose Blackstone and while it wouldn't have been my first choice, I put on a smile. My steak 'measuring stick' is Peter Lugers, and I was just there last night, so I was properly tuned to give Blackstone an objective comparison. I have to say, the porterhouse was better. It was aged better, much less moisture, with much stronger savory and glutamine flavor. Add that flavor to the creamy, oily fatty acids coating your mouth, and you're going to eat this steak even if you didn't want any. The cut was thicker, charred & seasoned, and seemed more generous, with stellar marbling. Round out the menu with sushi, extensive starters & sides to choose from, and a raw bar, in a huge beautiful dining room - I have to say Blackstone is an amazing steakhouse. Unfortunately service had a slip at the end of the meal. Our table of eight was ignored during the entire desert service when things were needed and we wanted to leave to watch the Super Bowl. Our server was gone, they sent in the closer to finish desert, and he fumbled in the fourth quarter. The manager was tapped in, by me, and he sent whoever the server was, and he acknowledged the situation and at least took care of the coffees (which is what we needed help with).

Dropped by Blackstone Steakhouse for a birthday celebration. The reservation process was very straightforward. Even though it was the holidays, we made a same day reservation through open table. Upon arriving, the place was packed full of families and dining. The service was phenomenal. Tons of waiters who were super friendly and helpful. No complains on the food. I would not say my favorite steakhouse on Long Island but it's one of the top ones. The Wagyu special was a hit with the show but a little bit on the pricey side. Overall it was a lovely dining experience but a bit high on the budget. I would say it's perfect for a special occasion. Make sure to mention any events and they give a nice treat for dessert!
